A course in Miracles is filled with metaphysical theories that help you understand why to choose non-duality and it is a definite choice to be made. Before you start to become a follower of non-dualism, it is important to understand the type of perception that one needs to follow and also make correct choices.
Sometimes it does become difficult and frustrating to achieve it, but in order to get good at it you need to learn the principles and then apply them. Non-Duality doesn't need to be created as it already exists, however it is important for us to engage ourselves for spiritual existence and experience Advaita and concentrate on living a life being own self and not living a life that just concentrates on a man-made world.
Choosing between the composed duality is the most fundamental part of ego's thought and here you are to choose from two things that is guilt and fear. Certain mistake in making perception between duality and non-duality is what you are choosing from; ACIM helps you to make the right choice.
Trying to go through problems with the help of the right ego-mind can be very helpful for the individuals to get some improvements in your situation; also it helps you to deal healthily with your life problems too. However, it doesn't allow you to get rid of all your problems. The change that comes with the insight is very much temporary and there is still an identity that will create continuous problems and even suffering for you in different ways.
It might look being a bit diplomatic, as because we have already been taught that if we do something as such, what can be the possible results. It is good however you cannot neglect the fact that a man has the ability to create several kinds of chaos in life and also that it has a range of resources to do so. Now, if you are looking to find the source of a person's issue it is probably looking for a needle in a haystack, however it is only the surrender or confession that can give you the answer.
The second part of the definition does say that they are within the same system or dualistic, which they must not be. Therefore, ACIM describes the mind as two minds, the right mind and the wrong mind, as fear and guilt are the factors that enact with the same system.
The basis of non-dualism is Love, simply known non-dualism or non-duality is being one or following oneness. According to non-dualism becomes to not get involved with contrasting principle and since non dualism contains only one principle i.e. love, you don't have to choose between two. Hence Love is not considered as a principle factor of Duality. It is the perception that changes the internal teachers from duality and non-duality. With the help of the Holy Spirit you can correct the mind; this will help you to get back into the true perception.
